The Amazon rainforest or jungle can be found in South America. It stretches to over 7,000,000km and represents over half of the worlds remaining rainforests. Its the largest tropical rainforest in the world with about 390 billion trees. Surprisingly more than 30 million people actually live in the Amazon jungle. The Amazon jungle homes the largest collection of plants and animal species than anywhere else. There are about 2.5 million insect species, 2000 bird species, 2,200 fish species, and many other animals and species that live in the Amazon jungle. The Amazon rainforest is a massive tourists attraction and I can't blame them. I would love to go to the Amazon jungle when all this Covid-19 has passed.
